What you will do

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Respond to tenant needs and support lease obligations.
Prepare ownership reports, budgets, and other management reports.
Manage work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance.
Manage service contracts, track bid packages, conduct property inspections, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in real estate; commercial real estate experience is preferred.
Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.
Experience with contracts and leasing agreements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
Visa sponsorship is not available.
