Digital Leader - Quality Assurance (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Quality Assurance digital roadmap and prioritize initiatives by business value, risk reduction, and productivity impact.
• Digitize and automate QA processes including batch record review, laboratory workflows, quality inspection, and quality system management.
• Implement Python automation, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI-assisted quality review, and digital inspection and verification systems.
• Develop quality KPIs, dashboards, actionable data insights, and predictive analytics to identify risks before defects occur.
• Coordinate continuous improvement of QA platforms including LIMS, Proficy, electronic production records, quality systems, and historians.
• Build QA digital capabilities, citizen-developer skills, and data-driven problem-solving practices.

Requirements

• Strong data analytics skills; Python and SQL are preferred.
• Proficiency with O365 tools including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI applications.
• Strong statistical and loss analysis skills.
• Ability to manage projects, change, and stakeholders with a strategic, data-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
• Innovation mindset with a passion for coaching and capability building.
