Maintenance Mechanic & Technician (CNC Machinery)

Location: Onsite in Tolleson, Arizona, USA; 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 PM–5:30 AM

Pay: $30.62–$38.27 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential

What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heavy wood-processing equipment, including Homag saws, CNC machines, and edge-banding machines.
• Coordinate maintenance issues and projects that may affect production quality and schedules.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures for machinery and building systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, maintenance records, and project files.
• Support plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and cooling, and other facility systems.
• Ensure facility compliance with local building and fire codes and requisition required parts and supplies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance-related roles involving heavy CNC-style machinery.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to troubleshoot and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to follow required personal protective equipment procedures.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights and in awkward spaces, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
