Consultant – Maintenance (Underground Maintenance)

Location: Didipio, Philippines; onsite at the underground mine

What you will do

• Manage underground mobile and fixed plant maintenance activities according to maintenance plans, strategies, and breakdown priorities.
• Review maintenance plans, resource allocation, schedules, and preventive maintenance tasks in the Pronto CMMS.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed within approved timeframes and to a high quality standard.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures, work quality issues, and operational incidents.
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors, technicians, apprentices, tradespeople, and maintenance leaders.
• Coordinate parts, tooling, equipment, contractors, and maintenance programs to improve plant availability and reliability.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of mining experience, including 5 years as a superintendent.
• Trade qualification in heavy equipment mechanics or auto electrical work.
• Professional Driver’s License.
• Post-trade studies in engineering or asset and maintenance management are preferred.
• Valid working rights in the Philippines are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Professional conduct aligned with hirify.global’s values and operating standards.
