Salary: USD 116,240–186,000 yearly, plus eligibility for RSU, RCU, and cash bonus programs.

What you will do

  • Lead monthly cost and inventory forecasting, including unit cost, COGS, gross inventory, reserves, variance analysis, and leadership presentations through the CFO level.
  • Prepare reporting under GAAP, Non-GAAP, and IFRS and perform short- and long-range scenario planning and WIF analysis.
  • Calculate inventory reserves for forecast and actual results.
  • Own SOX controls and coordinate with internal and external auditors on compliance.
  • Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting capabilities, processes, and systems, including identifying opportunities to apply AI.
  • Provide decision analytics for Global Operations, including NPV/ROI analysis, make-versus-buy decisions, vendor selection, supply chain optimization, and margin and pricing analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree, MBA, or CPA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management, accounting principles, financial reporting, and inventory valuation methods.
  • Thorough understanding of SOX controls, compliance requirements, GAAP, Non-GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Experience building and managing complex Excel models, including formulas, lookups, data organization, and analysis.
  • Leadership or management experience with the ability to guide and develop teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
