SAP HCM Consultant with German

Location: Remote with approximately once-per-quarter presence at the headquarters in Warsaw, Poland

T Hub Poland is a technology division of T-Mobile Poland building a SAP Center of Excellence for international Deutsche Telekom Group projects and T-Systems customers across Europe.

What you will do

• Advise customers on SAP HCM implementation and operations, from analysis and requirements management through implementation.
• Configure and maintain SAP HCM processes for personnel administration, payroll, time management, personnel cost planning, and organizational management.
• Integrate SAP HCM with SAP FI/CO and support migrations, application management, and HCM portfolio development.
• Implement collective bargaining and legal requirements related to retirement assets, time accounts, and value credits.
• Prepare customer presentations and workshops and deliver training for SAP HCM sub-modules PA, PT, PY, PD, PKP, and OM.
• Contribute to project management and full-time-equivalent planning for public-sector and healthcare organizations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP HCM or SAP H4S4 Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, especially Personnel Administration and Payroll.
• Experience with SAP HCM customizing, personnel cost planning, organizational management, and SAP Finance integration.
• Experience in SAP HCM application management or SAP H4S4 implementation projects.
• English at B2+ level and German at B2+ level.
• Availability for approximately once-per-quarter presence at the Warsaw headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP HCM migration, system conversions, H4/S/4HANA transformation, and large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow in application management services.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Jira, Confluence, SAP Activate, and S/4HANA deployment or migration approaches.
