What you will do

• Lead safety, operational performance, and site culture across two manufacturing facilities.
• Drive plant reliability, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Lead and develop operational leaders and manufacturing teams.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Optimize production planning, inventory, labour utilization, and asset performance.
• Lead capital projects, transformation initiatives, and business improvement programs while partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Technical teams.

Requirements

• Senior manufacturing or operations leadership experience in industrial, plastics, injection moulding, or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multi-site operations with accountability for performance, people, and commercial outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding operations, asset reliability, and manufacturing best practices.
• Demonstrated success in safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement programs.
• Commercial acumen covering cost, inventory, productivity, and operational performance.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline are highly regarded.
