Cash and Banking Supervisor

What you will do

• Own the Fuel division’s cashflow forecast covering approximately £200 million in weekly gross flows.
• Build, maintain, and consolidate short- and long-term cash forecasting models.
• Monitor actual cash flows against forecasts and provide variance analysis.
• Lead and develop the team responsible for daily bank reconciliations across the group.
• Resolve cash and banking discrepancies while liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Group Treasury to optimize cash positions and improve reporting and controls.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a finance or operations role.
• Advanced Excel and Access skills, including experience with forecasting models and large datasets.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce board-level reporting and analysis.
• Autonomous, enthusiastic approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
