What you will do

• Partner with the Governance pillar to support knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Design and improve GxP training materials and learning experiences.
• Create practical and engaging learning solutions aligned with business performance and employee capability.
• Ensure training content is accurate, accessible, controlled, and aligned with applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain fit-for-purpose curricula and appropriate training assignments.
• Drive continuous improvement across the GxP learning process and end-user experience.

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing instructional materials and learning experiences.
• Ability to align training content with regulatory compliance requirements, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Capability to create accurate, accessible, controlled, and engaging training content.
• Ability to support training effectiveness, knowledge transfer, curriculum design, and continuous improvement.
