Internship - Food Regulatory & Compliance Intern (6 months + from Nov 2026)

Location: Singapore, Biopolis; 5 days working in office

hirify.global provides food and beverage ingredients, including cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices, sourced through farming and manufacturing operations across global markets.

What you will do

• Track and analyze regulatory developments across regional and global markets.
• Create global regulatory newsletters to communicate emerging trends.
• Map market requirements with Quality & Food Safety and Innovation teams.
• Conduct regulatory checks for new products, including formulations, labeling, standards of identity, and testing parameters.
• Maintain the global regulatory database in the Document Management System.
• Research and co-create regulatory training materials, SOPs, and practical compliance tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science and technology, food engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in international food regulations and policies.
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to commit to a six-month internship without visa sponsorship.
• Prior food industry internship or work experience is advantageous; immediate availability is preferred.

• Prior internship or working experience in the food industry.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
