Manager, APAC, Healthcare Compliance, Performance Centre, Third Party Intermediary (Healthcare Compliance)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end third-party risk assessments for intermediaries and other in-scope third parties.
• Oversee screening, questionnaire reviews, beneficial ownership validation, reputation checks, adverse media, sanctions and PEP reviews, and red-flag analysis.
• Assess risk, recommend remediation and controls, prepare escalation materials, and provide decision support for high-risk cases.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to complete onboarding and renewals before engagement and payment.
• Monitor portfolio risks, service levels, case quality, backlogs, and operational trends while driving root-cause remediation.
• Improve TPRM policies, workflows, templates, dashboards, systems, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in compliance, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, third-party due diligence, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of anti-corruption, healthcare compliance, and third-party risk frameworks.
• Experience managing complex, high-risk cases independently with strong analytical, investigative, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide balanced, risk-based recommendations.
• Fluency in English required; additional APAC languages are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with audit management, complaints investigation, compliance management, corporate governance, CAPA, healthcare regulation, medical compliance, program management, or process improvement.
• Experience supporting internal audits, investigations, regulatory reviews, or compliance technology implementations.
