Manager Regional Trade Compliance (International Trade)

What you will do

• Develop and execute risk assessments for export control and trade compliance programs.
• Partner with regional business divisions, compliance teams, and legal teams on global trade management.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide training on government laws, regulations, and rules affecting products, services, and technologies.
• Monitor, manage, and mitigate compliance risks through stakeholder and business-partner engagement.
• Communicate compliance insights, progress, and recommendations across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in trade compliance or a related field.
• Knowledge of international trade markets, regulations, practices, and operations.
• Experience developing or managing trade compliance processes and operational controls.
• Experience building, implementing, or enhancing compliance programs in a multinational business environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead, influence, build trust, and develop solutions to complex regulatory challenges.
