What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor outbound shipments to support on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Prepare bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot shipment delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies.
• Support shipping accuracy, material movement, inventory transactions, and operational follow-through.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, material handling, or a related field.
• Knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and material movement.
• Experience with shipping software, warehouse systems, and computer-based inventory reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and maintain accurate work records.
