Systems Integration Engineer (LMS)

Location: Hybrid work at or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic region, working on and off the client site.

What you will do

• Develop and integrate e-learning and Learning Management System services with enterprise applications.
• Build connections between Active Directory, data warehouses, LinkedIn Learning, and agency systems.
• Finalize integration requirements and create design documentation.
• Develop, test, deploy, and operate system integrations, APIs, data flows, and interoperability services.
• Engineer and optimize integration components, data pipelines, automation routines, cloud services, and operational reliability.
• Support human capital analytics, IT modernization, regulatory compliance, and performance-based service delivery for a federal science agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of integration engineering experience.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, and system integration.
• Ability to produce integration scripts and technical design documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
