Base pay: $275,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the origination and execution of technology-sector M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, milestones, and timelines.
• Oversee the development and quality control of financial models and client materials.
• Act as the primary client contact for deal execution matters and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Assess and mitigate reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Mentor and guide Analysts and Associates while traveling as required by senior deal team members or clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of corporate finance experience as a coverage banker supporting the technology sector, preferably at a bulge bracket firm.
• Proven investment banking transaction execution experience, including sell-side and buy-side M&A and equity and debt capital raises.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, negotiation, technical, and strategic advisory skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while synthesizing complex information and developing solutions independently.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship. SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 certifications are required.
