Mgr Prop & Facilities

Location: Onsite in Memphis, Tennessee, United States; third-shift position requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $7,094.23–$12,533.14 per month for the US pay range.

What you will do

• Manage facility infrastructure, conveyor systems, package handling equipment, and building automation systems.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to improve equipment availability and operational performance.
• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling, including labor forecasting, work prioritization, outage coordination, and resource allocation.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, emergency power, and automated control system maintenance.
• Manage vendors, service contracts, inspections, emergency repairs, budgets, capital plans, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Analyze maintenance and operational data, present recommendations to executive leadership, and mentor maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline, or equivalent education.
• At least six years of experience maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, emergency power, building automation, or package handling systems.
• Advanced knowledge of conveyor systems, package handling equipment, and building automation systems.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance, maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset management.
• Experience with maintenance management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive, third-shift role.

• Finance knowledge and experience managing operating budgets.
• Leadership, project management, communication, and employee development skills.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, control logic, hydraulics, pneumatics, and technical specifications.
