BI Developer (Power BI/Tableau)

Location: Hybrid work in Alexandria, Virginia, and across the Mid-Atlantic region, working on and off the client site. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Support HR strategy, workforce planning, and enterprise-wide decision-making with business intelligence.
• Build, configure, test, and maintain reporting and analytics solution components.
• Implement automation and self-service capabilities to reduce manual reporting and recurring requests.
• Integrate IT systems and workforce planning tools while supporting regulatory and federal human capital management requirements.
• Document deployment and support procedures and contribute to performance-based client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, data, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of business intelligence experience.
• Professional experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience supporting government and public-sector or professional services engagements is relevant.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship is not available.
• Background checks and drug testing may be required for designated positions.
