What you will do
- Lead program governance and PMO delivery for federal acquisition, contracts, and supply chain management support.
- Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action tracking.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, communication plans, SRNS-directed priorities, and hybrid delivery activities.
- Review prime contracts, governing documents, and applicable laws to support compliant procedural transformation.
- Develop procurement and supply chain procedures, forms, terms and conditions, acquisition lifecycle flowcharts, and supporting documentation.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training and establish continuous-improvement and feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, supply chain, public administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing federal, DOE/NNSA, defense, civilian-agency, or regulated-infrastructure consulting programs.
- Demonstrated PMO experience in acquisition, contracts, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation engagements.
- Experience with integrated master scheduling, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, executive reporting, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or document-control tools.
- Hybrid availability in or near Aiken, South Carolina, and across the Southeastern United States is required; security clearance is necessary for applicable sensitive federal engagements.
Nice to have
- PMP, FAC-P/PM, DAWIA, or equivalent certification.
- Master’s degree.
- Nuclear and environmental management sector experience, particularly with SRNS or similar clients.
