Future Finance Leaders Program

Location: Łódź, Poland; typically four days per week at the Łódź Plant. The program starts between October and December 2026 and lasts six months, with an opportunity to move into a managerial position in Warsaw after successful completion.

Salary: 10,800 PLN gross per month for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Provide finance leadership and business-partner support for business decisions and external interactions.
• Work with sales, production, and engineering stakeholders to influence business direction.
• Analyze business and market data to identify insights and provide financial expertise.
• Own significant projects from the first day and streamline local and regional operations.

Requirements

• Be a third-, fourth-, or fifth-year student in any field or a recent graduate with an interest in finance.
• Fluent Polish is required.
• Proficient English is required.
• Strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
• Effective time-management skills and the ability to achieve ambitious goals.
