Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (Resource Management)

What you will do

• Assign internal and third-party consultants to Professional Services engagements and ensure projects are staffed on time.
• Work with Regional VPs, Engagement Managers, and subcontracting partners to understand staffing needs, evaluate consultants, and negotiate subcontracting rates.
• Analyze staffing, utilization, revenue, and cost metrics and proactively manage resource risks and opportunities.
• Prepare weekly revenue forecasts, including subcontractor revenue and costs, and communicate monthly and quarterly results to functional leaders.
• Collaborate with Accounting during monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain subcontractor cost rates in Changepoint, add purchase orders in Ariba, and perform ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or another related quantitative discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify relevant issues, and solve business problems.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and business analysis tools for data management, research, analysis, and reporting.
