Staff Solutions Architect (Cloud)

Location: Remote within the Mountain or Pacific time zones; occasional travel for onboarding and team gatherings.

What you will do

• Assess prospect and customer applications for suitability with hirify.global's platform.
• Explain the technical benefits, limitations, and cloud-service capabilities of hirify.global.
• Position hirify.global against competing technologies and architectural patterns.
• Help customer engineering organizations adopt and expand hirify.global in production.
• Partner with Account Executives on account plans, opportunity scoping, and sizing.
• Build relationships with technical decision-makers and advise them on architecture and technical fit.

Requirements

• Residence within the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, design principles, and best practices.
• Experience building application prototypes and providing design, development, build, and deployment guidance with Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C# or PHP.
• Knowledge of security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations in production environments.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and common application development and production services.
