Pre ETS Instructor Hinds County MS

Location: Onsite daily in Hinds County, Mississippi, United States

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver direct instruction in communication, life skills, and pre-employment skills.
• Assess student strengths, interests, development areas, and employment-related abilities.
• Develop individualized goals and outcomes with student input.
• Teach employability skills including communication, technology, problem solving, teamwork, professionalism, resume writing, interviewing, and job search.
• Support classroom and workplace learning, track attendance and progress, and maintain complete student records.
• Teach students to use public or private transportation and advise employers on disability awareness and supervision strategies.

Requirements

• Daily onsite work in Hinds County, Mississippi is required.
• Ability to provide individualized instruction and adapt teaching methods, materials, and curriculum.
• Ability to assess student progress in classroom and work-experience settings.
• Ability to communicate with consultants, employers, students, and other involved parties.
• Ability to maintain accurate and complete student files and written communications.
• PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
