Pre ETS Instructor North Putnam IN (Education)

Location: Onsite daily in North Putnam, Indiana, United States

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver direct instruction in communication, life skills, and pre-employment skills.
• Assess students’ strengths, interests, development areas, and employment-related abilities.
• Develop individualized goals and outcomes with student input.
• Teach employability skills including communication, technology, problem solving, teamwork, professionalism, financial management, resume writing, interviewing, and job search.
• Support classroom and work-experience placements, monitor progress and attendance, and maintain accurate student records.
• Coordinate with consultants and employers, including providing disability-awareness guidance and workplace supervision strategies.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite on a daily basis in North Putnam, Indiana.
• Ability to follow the student school calendar for approximately 180–185 workdays.
• Ability to provide individualized instruction and adapt teaching methods, materials, and curricula to student needs.
• Ability to document attendance, progress, communications, and student records accurately.
• Ability to teach students how to use public and private transportation and communicate absences or tardiness.
• PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
