Pre-ETS Instructor - Crawfordsville IN

Location: Onsite daily in Massena, New York; the position title also references Crawfordsville, Indiana

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assess students’ strengths, interests, learning needs, and areas for development.
• Develop individualized goals and outcomes with student input.
• Teach communication, technology, problem-solving, teamwork, professionalism, financial management, self-advocacy, resume writing, interview skills, and job-search skills.
• Support students in building portfolios and acquiring competitive, marketable employment skills through classroom and work-experience activities.
• Assess progress, track attendance, maintain complete student files, and communicate monthly with consultants and other stakeholders.
• Teach students how to use public or private transportation and provide employers with disability-awareness and supervision strategies.

Requirements

• Daily onsite attendance is required.
• Work follows the student school calendar for approximately 180–185 workdays.
• Ability to provide direct instruction and support at classroom and work-experience sites.
• Ability to assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with consultants and employers.
• PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
