What you will do
- Design weekly test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for rapid development and delivery cycles.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts and suites for stability, scalability, and speed.
- Execute functional, integration, smoke, performance, usability, regression, acceptance, and sanity testing.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to provide high coverage and immediate deployment feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and project teams to align test coverage with product and business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement through AI-assisted tools and more efficient testing practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with both automation and manual testing, including functional, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing.
- At least 3 years of experience with Robot Framework and a relational database management system, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing automation frameworks and writing test scripts for complex applications with multiple interfaces, microservices, and APIs.
- Experience with API testing using SOAPUI or Postman and familiarity with QA processes, defect tracking, reporting, and test strategy.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and product development life cycles.
- Prior experience leading a small QA/testing team and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Cucumber, and Java.
- Familiarity with JUnit.
- Experience using AI tools for automated test case generation and execution, such as MCP Server or similar platforms.
- Experience conducting training or knowledge-transfer sessions.
