What you will do

• Analyze project artifacts (requirements, scope, test plan) and support hirify.global Dimension upgrade and implementation projects.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on analyzed project artifacts.
• Perform, monitor, control, and report prepared test cases, comparing actual vs. expected results.
• Provide incident management for failed tests, reporting and carrying them through the defect lifecycle.
• Participate in test automation, applying up-to-date tools and methodologies, including cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product development and business units at hirify.global and participate in pre-testing kickoffs with clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Maths.
• 4 to 7+ years of experience in a testing role, working on complex systems within a financial domain.
• Knowledge of software upgrade and implementation project processes, Software Testing Life Cycle, and incident management.
• Familiarity with SQL, able to write basic scripts to manipulate data.
• Understanding of Agile practices and frameworks.
• Must work in Manila, Philippines under a hybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office).
• Ability to work EMEA shift hours.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in test automation.
• Relevant software testing qualification (e.g., ISTQB).
• Unsupervised design, development, and implementation of test automation scripts.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Dimension.
