TL;DR
Senior Testing Services Consultant (FinTech): Designing, executing, and reporting test cases for SimCorp Dimension upgrade and implementation projects with an accent on complex requirements analysis, test automation, and financial-domain systems. Focus on managing incidents through the defect lifecycle, collaborating with clients and product teams, and applying cloud-based testing tools and methodologies.
Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working arrangement with two office days per week. EMEA shift hours may change depending on business needs.

What you will do
- Analyze requirements, project scope, test plans, documentation, and reporting for SimCorp Dimension upgrade and implementation projects.
- Support all phases of upgrade and implementation projects.
- Design, execute, monitor, and control detailed test cases, comparing actual outcomes with expected results.
- Report failed tests and manage incidents through the complete defect lifecycle.
- Participate in test automation and apply current testing tools, methodologies, and cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, product development, and business units, including pre-testing kickoffs and workflow documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4–7+ years of testing experience on complex systems, preferably in the financial domain.
- Knowledge of software upgrade and implementation processes, the Software Testing Life Cycle, incident management, and standard test deliverables.
- Experience with test automation, including independent development and implementation of automation scripts.
- Basic SQL scripting skills for data manipulation and understanding of Agile practices and frameworks.
- Availability for EMEA shift hours and a hybrid schedule with two office days per week in Manila.
Nice to have
- ISTQB or an equivalent software testing qualification.
- Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension.
- Previous experience with test automation.
