hirify.global's Kosher Tech department recruits software developers through the Ethiopian technology ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Source qualified software developer candidates in Ethiopia.
  • Post job listings on Ethiopian job boards, communities, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct direct outreach through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Leverage personal networks and existing candidate pools.
  • Identify strong engineering talent and introduce candidates to the hiring team.
  • Maintain the candidate pipeline and coordinate with the hiring team on candidate criteria.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting or sourcing developers in Ethiopia.
  • Strong familiarity with the Ethiopian tech talent market.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, local job boards, or technology communities.
  • Ability to identify qualified engineering candidates.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to have

  • An existing network of software engineers in Ethiopia.
