Middle UI/UX Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote work from anywhere in the world, or onsite from offices in Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw.

What you will do

• Design user interfaces for clients’ web and mobile solutions.
• Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI deliverables.
• Participate in product design from discovery through delivery and implementation.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts, stakeholders, and clients.
• Research global UX best practices and patterns, and validate design solutions.
• Improve design processes and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in the IT industry.
• Experience with ready-made design systems such as Material, Shadcn, Untitled, or MUI.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
• Ability to manage several projects, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate proactively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Principle, InVision, Axure, or similar tools.
• Hands-on Webflow experience building responsive landing pages and websites from design mockups.
• Experience with fintech or edtech projects.
