Customer Service Representative (Danish, Banking)

Location: Benalmádena, Spain; hybrid work model after the trial period with on-site work required in Benalmádena.

What you will do

• Provide customer support to Danish-speaking banking customers.
• Handle enquiries about customer accounts, payments, transactions, and banking services.
• Assist customers with online and digital banking services.
• Use transaction-processing and credit-assessment systems.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining accurate and confidential handling of financial information.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish at C2 level, both verbal and written.
• English at B2+ level.
• Previous customer service or banking experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, customer service, attention-to-detail, and digital systems skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Benalmádena.
