Senior Data Scientist (Healthcare AI)

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and build advanced analytics engines and services using machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence.
• Collaborate with clinicians, supply chain leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders to define technical problems and test hypotheses.
• Develop repeatable, interpretable, dynamic, and scalable analytical models that deliver measurable business value.
• Lead the integration of machine learning outputs into applications and analytical tools with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business leads.
• Engineer features by combining disparate internal and external data sources, including healthcare data.
• Develop scalable data science processes, frameworks, tools, methods, and standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a data science role and 8+ years in data engineering, analysis, or architecture.
• Experience building end-to-end data science and machine learning solutions that deliver tangible business value.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, machine learning operations, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Python coding, SQL, and Databricks experience.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States or Canada without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Understanding of the EPIC data model.
