Senior Data Scientist (Healthcare AI)

What you will do

• Apply regression, Bayesian methods, hypothesis testing, survival analysis, and other statistical techniques to healthcare data.
• Develop time-series forecasting and anomaly-detection models for longitudinal healthcare data.
• Design feature extraction and transformation pipelines for structured and unstructured healthcare datasets.
• Build and validate machine learning models for risk stratification, disease progression, and patient engagement.
• Process high-volume EHR, claims, and sensor data using distributed computing frameworks.
• Communicate insights through dashboards and visualizations while collaborating with product managers, engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of data science experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare analytics.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, regression, Bayesian methods, and hypothesis testing.
• Hands-on experience with ARIMA, Prophet, or deep learning-based time-series models.
• Proficiency in Python, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SQL, and PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or cloud-based data platforms, plus familiarity with clinical terminologies, EHR systems, healthcare workflows, HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
