Salary: $70,715–$113,145 per year, plus potential short-term incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide employee and management consultation on personal, workplace, and management concerns.
• Conduct EAP assessments, short-term counseling, critical incident response, orientations, webinars, and health and wellness training.
• Assess client risk, substance abuse, dependency, and job performance concerns, and refer clients to appropriate care and community resources.
• Manage caseloads and complete timely case documentation in line with quality and performance standards.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build effective relationships with internal teams and external customers while communicating issues clearly in writing and verbally.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience after receiving the graduate degree.
• Clinical training in chemical dependency, mental health, and brief therapy.
• Current independent behavioral health licensure meeting state, Commonwealth, or customer-specific requirements, such as LCSW-C, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC, or LPC.
• Knowledge of workplace issues, employee–employer relationships, and the ability to learn EEO, ADA, FMLA, and Drug-Free Workplace requirements.
• Competence in crisis intervention, solution-focused brief therapy, client assessment, customer service, training, and active listening.
