Product Intake Analyst (Fintech)

Salary: $84,900–$108,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead the evaluation, governance, prioritization, and hand-off of product and enterprise project intake requests.
• Translate requests into clear business and technical requirements, scope definitions, dependency mappings, and other intake artifacts.
• Assess feasibility, integration impacts, affected systems, teams, business processes, clients, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate alignment among Product, Technology, Infrastructure, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Service stakeholders.
• Develop executive summaries, business-case inputs, financial models, portfolio insights, and intake performance KPIs.
• Improve intake efficiency and scalability through Lean-Agile and portfolio management practices while supporting PLC Phase 1: Initiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least seven years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related enterprise, data, systems, reporting, or stakeholder-management disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of card payments, financial services, core processing platforms, in-house applications, agile technologies, epics, and features.
• Advanced analytical and financial-modeling skills, including the ability to connect intake requests to enterprise value.
• Ability to facilitate and influence diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, assess risks and impacts, and communicate with all levels of leadership.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA; this role is currently not eligible for sponsorship.

Nice to have

• At least five years of financial services or payments processing experience.
• Experience with Lean-Agile, epics and features, backlog refinement, User Experience, or Product Design.
• Ability to travel as needed.
