Product Specialist PDM, Associate (Finance)

Annual base pay range: $175,000–$225,000 USD

What you will do

• Originate, structure, distribute, and trade syndicated bank loans and other credit products.
• Oversee financial models, underwriting criteria, syndication materials, investor presentations, and transaction marketing materials.
• Drive transaction due diligence and execution with product, coverage, risk, legal, and external stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with banks, institutional investors, private credit funds, insurance brokers, and other providers.
• Advise on syndication strategy, pricing, and market execution while researching industries, market trends, and investor appetite.
• Represent hirify.global in client meetings, industry conferences, and investor presentations, and oversee junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• 5+ years of business development, product specialist management, or related experience.
• Successful experience executing syndicated loan transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to influence complex initiatives, work independently, manage internal logistics, and travel within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Experience working with institutional investors, banks, or insurers.
• Knowledge of trade finance, working capital, or structured credit products.
