Broker Support VA (Mortgage)

Location: Cebu, Philippines; onsite, aligned with Perth business hours

Salary: ₱33,750 with no prior broking experience, ₱37,900 with 1 year of experience, or ₱42,100 with 2+ years of experience.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end processing of residential and commercial loan applications in Connective, Mercury, and MyCRM.
• Enter and maintain accurate client and financial data in CRM systems and lender portals.
• Collect, verify, organize, and prepare payslips, tax returns, bank statements, and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and clients to track applications and resolve outstanding conditions or lender push-backs.
• Provide proactive application updates and maintain a high-quality client experience.
• Manage schedules, reports, and digital filing systems using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Business, Finance, or Commerce is preferred.
• At least 1 year of Virtual Assistant experience with a strong administrative background.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new CRM software quickly.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills and customer service experience.
• Must be based in Cebu and consistently available during Perth business hours.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, independence, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Connective, Mercury, or MyCRM.
• Australian mortgage industry knowledge, including lenders and loan structures.
• Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• Previous Australian mortgage broking experience.
