What you will do

• Deliver customer service through chat, phone, video, email, and messaghirify.global channels.
• Support inquiries about payments, cards, online bankhirify.global, and other daily bankhirify.global products.
• Process customer requests accurately in line with regulations and internal procedures.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints from initial contact through resolution.
• Identify and correct system-generated responses and adapt across processes and channels.
• Contribute to productivity, quality, turnaround-time, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement objectives.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally in bankhirify.global, shared services, or a BPO environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solvhirify.global, analytical thinkhirify.global, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintainhirify.global quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Workhirify.global knowledge of Microsoft Office and willhirify.globalness to obtain role-related certifications when required.
