What you will do

• Execute life insurance business process transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to meet performance and quality targets.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and reporting.
• Help identify process bottlenecks and support quality assurance activities.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with business process transactions and business process management.
• Knowledge of process optimization, data analysis, and quality standards.
• Continuous learning and awareness of relevant industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP.
