What you will do

• Deliver customer service across chat, phone, video, email, and messaging channels.
• Support inquiries related to payments, cards, online banking, and daily banking products.
• Process requests accurately and manage customer inquiries and complaints from start to finish.
• Identify and correct system-generated responses when needed.
• Adapt across processes and channels while meeting productivity, quality, and turnaround-time objectives.
• Apply risk and compliance standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally in banking, shared services, or a BPO environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to obtain role-related certifications when required.
