Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines
Salary: Up to AUD 3,000 per month

What you will do
- Write and parabroker residential home loans, covering approximately 40%–70% of the role depending on pipeline volumes.
- Manage, coach, and mentor an offshore team of three members, including a credit analyst and two loan processors.
- Manage the daily loan pipeline with the onshore team and ensure files progress efficiently.
- Anticipate lender policy issues, resolve problems proactively, and support complex lending scenarios.
- Document current operations, identify process friction and repetitive work, and implement workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with technical workflow consultants on software, AI, automation, training, reporting, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Australian residential mortgages, most recently in a parabrokering role.
- Strong credit knowledge across multiple lenders and lending policies, including complex company and trust structures, investment lending, self-employed lending, and high-LVR loans.
- Experience with lenders such as CBA, St George, Macquarie, and Bankwest, plus daily communication with BDMs and assessors.
- Experience across at least two Australian mortgage firms is preferred.
- People leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience and a systems- and process-driven mindset.
- Comfort using and improving mortgage technology and systems, ideally including ApplyOnline, Mercury, Quickly, and Asana.
