Construction Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with Australian Hours

Salary: AUD 1,500–1,800 per month

What you will do

• Coordinate project schedules, contractors, suppliers, and deliveries for Australian residential construction projects.
• Follow up with subcontractors and third parties to ensure actions are completed on time.
• Manage schedule changes and communicate updates clearly.
• Convert site updates and voice notes into emails, action items, and task lists.
• Assist with inbox management, daily communications, project records, and operational documentation.
• Help improve operational systems and processes while gradually taking ownership of more business operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting Australian residential construction projects.
• Experience in construction administration, project coordination, operations, or executive support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and communicate effectively with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
