Construction Project Administrator

Location: Remote from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with Australian hours.

Salary: AUD 1,000–1,500 per month.

What you will do

• Prepare documentation for building and occupancy permit applications and respond to RFIs.
• Assist with applications to local councils and other authorities.
• Prepare and lodge service connection applications for water, sewer, electricity, and telecommunications.
• Book and follow up required inspections.
• Organize and maintain project plans, permits, drawings, and other documentation.
• Track approvals, submissions, outstanding actions, and provide administrative support to Project Managers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, architecture, engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and document management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF editing software.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Australian construction, engineering, or property development projects.
• Knowledge of building permits, occupancy permits, council approvals, and construction compliance processes.
