Robotics Solutions Engineer (Robotics)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, build, and integrate software systems for autonomous robots and robotic platforms.
• Work across the robotics software stack, including low-level sensor integration, motion planning, perception, and behavioral systems.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into engineered solutions with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and design reviews while mentoring more junior engineers.
• Support field tests, hardware integration, and production-quality robotic software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of robotics software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python, with production experience using ROS or ROS 2.
• Experience in perception, localization, motion planning, or control, plus familiarity with sensor fusion and Kalman or particle filters.
• Experience with Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or MuJoCo, and strong debugging skills in real-time and concurrent systems.
• Must be located in the United States; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored. U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates may apply.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Robotics or a related field.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles, drones, or industrial automation.
• Experience with safety-critical software standards such as ISO 26262 or IEC 61508.
• Familiarity with ML-based perception pipelines or open-source robotics contributions.
