What you will do

• Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content and brand, SEO, partnerships, and events.
• Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and continuously optimize channel performance.
• Plan and optimize cold email outbound programs, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.
• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Create and distribute blogs, newsletters, social posts, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
• Build the SEO strategy, marketing partnerships, and online and offline events.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience across multiple growth and marketing domains.
• Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and deliver measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience with cold email programs and deliverability management.
• SEO experience covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Ability to independently plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Strong content creation, event organization, and marketing partnership experience.
