Staff Network Engineer (Information Security)

Location: USA ISD Office, Bentonville, Arkansas

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize secure network infrastructures aligned with business requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor network health and performance metrics to improve availability, reliability, and user experience.
• Deploy automation and infrastructure as code through CI/CD pipelines across security platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to improve network scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce network security policies, protocols, and configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field plus 4 years of network engineering experience; alternatively, 6 years of related network engineering experience.
• Expertise in network design, maintenance, performance analysis, and issue resolution.
• Strong coding, scripting, automation, and continuous integration and delivery experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and GCP, including cloud automation and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of security standards, telemetry implementation, and SRE principles.
• Work location: United States office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Nice to have

• Security+, Network+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, or CCSP certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Two years of experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
