Regional Supply Chain Specialist (Smart Lockers)

Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal; hybrid. The role includes 10–15% travel to regional markets and local warehouses.

What you will do

• Act as the primary supply chain contact for regional and local Operations.
• Monitor assets, spare parts, and deployment kit inventory across local warehouses and 3PLs.
• Evaluate replenishment points, execute orders, and manage inbound and outbound flows.
• Manage shortages, exceptions, recovery plans, stock transfers, and domestic transportation activities.
• Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs and KPIs and coordinate with logistics providers.
• Perform cycle counts and monthly warehouse audits to maintain stock accuracy.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Experience working with 3PL partners and warehouses across Europe, with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory transaction management, and advanced Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Odoo ERP.
• Experience managing and analyzing inventory across multiple locations.
• Experience with 3PL and deployment and maintenance partners.
