TL;DR
Senior Analyst, Operations (eDiscovery): Providing technical support across the electronic discovery reference model lifecycle, including data ingestion, quality control, document production, and document review projects with an accent on complex data processing, troubleshooting, and operational reporting. Focus on resolving custom eDiscovery tasks across multiple platforms, guiding analysts, designing workflows, and meeting strict client deadlines during CET-based shifts.

Location: Remote, Poland; current residency in Poland and authorization to work in Poland for any employer are required. The main shift is 10am–6pm CET, with morning, afternoon, and night shifts also available.

Compensation: 7,500–8,500 PLN per month, or up to 102,000 PLN annually, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Support the full electronic discovery reference model lifecycle, including data ingestion, processing, searching, quality control, document production, and document review projects.
  • Load, process, and search client data in multiple file formats using several eDiscovery tools and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot data and department issues, perform complex data analysis, and resolve standard and custom tasks before escalation.
  • Oversee daily workflows, assign service requests, monitor client deadlines, and prepare status reports for clients and management.
  • Create end-user, workflow, and technical documentation, as well as reports from database platforms.
  • Guide and train analysts, perform peer quality checks, and contribute to workflow, tool development, testing, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be a current resident of Poland and authorized to work in Poland for any employer.
  • At least two years of experience in litigation support or the eDiscovery industry.
  • Intermediate knowledge of several ESI data hosting and processing platforms, with strong understanding of eDiscovery tools and processes.
  • Ability to perform custom tasks in more than one eDiscovery application and become a subject-matter expert in at least one departmental process.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, basic UNIX, Windows, hardware, networking, delimited files, and database applications.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Flexibility to work outside scheduled hours when needed to meet compressed client deadlines is also required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of litigation support software.
  • Bachelor’s degree or final-year student status in a computer, technical, or legal field, or equivalent experience.
