Jr. Mechanical Engineer - Creo

Location: United States; U.S. citizenship is required due to government security clearance requirements.

hirify.global is recruiting for an aerospace and defense contractor supporting critical U.S. Navy platforms and Regional Strike Programs.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and test mechanical devices, tools, engines, and machines for advanced defense systems.
• Support the full equipment development lifecycle, including design, testing, implementation, build, and installation.
• Contribute to multiple Navy platforms from concept development through real-world deployment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, program leads, and technical specialists across disciplines.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required because of government security clearance requirements.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with CAD modeling tools for creating mechanical models and drawings.
• Experience with Creo.
• Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes, engineering standards, and industry best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ansys.
