Visual Designer (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote; open to candidates based in the EU. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and templates for enterprise sales.
• Create LinkedIn visuals, social graphics, and brand templates.
• Develop hero images, section graphics, and supporting visuals for websites and landing pages.
• Produce icons, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for white papers, blog posts, and long-form content.
• Translate complex ideas into clear diagrams and data visualizations.
• Own and evolve the visual language across shipped work.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional visual design experience with a strong focus on speed and execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Figma for web-based and interface design.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines.
• Experience creating data visualizations, diagrams, infographics, and marketing or sales materials.
• Self-directed mindset suited to a fast-moving, learning-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance.
• Portfolio demonstrating icon design and custom illustration work.
• Curiosity about AI design tools and experience integrating them into the workflow.
