AI/ML QA Architect (Generative AI)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite

What you will do

• Design and implement QA strategies for AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Apply Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, NLP, and predictive analytics to enterprise initiatives.
• Support machine learning model development, deployment, MLOps, and lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain automated testing solutions using UFT, TOSCA, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure Pipelines, and work with Azure DevOps.
• Establish QA methodologies, automation standards, governance, and best practices while collaborating with engineering, architecture, AI/ML, and business teams.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; all U.S. work authorization types are considered.
• 7+ years of experience in QA, software engineering, or architecture roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with machine learning model development and deployment, NLP, predictive analytics, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure DevOps, enterprise QA environments, and test automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems and establishing AI/ML quality governance and automation frameworks.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in large enterprise environments or the energy industry.
• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud architecture, or QA automation.
• Experience with Azure-based AI/ML architecture and delivery.
