Content Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within Germany

What you will do

• Create thought-leadership and acquisition content, including blog articles, case studies, landing pages, and white papers.
• Translate frontline realities, industry insights, trends, analysis, and product communications into relevant B2B content.
• Plan and produce content for websites, blogs, video, and social channels.
• Develop concepts for shoots and videos and manage external production partners.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the wider go-to-market team on campaigns and sales decks.
• Build a repeatable content engine and measure performance across traditional search and AI answer engines.

Requirements

• Professional experience producing content, supported by a portfolio or work examples.
• Journalistic curiosity and the ability to interview subject matter experts to extract insights, hooks, and stories.
• Native-level German for German-first content creation and professional working English.
• Experience using AI tools for drafting, repurposing, ideation, research, multilingual content, or AI visibility tracking.
• Ability to work hands-on across content formats and build a content function from the ground up.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontline, industrial, or blue-collar audiences and an understanding of operator priorities.
